Can I use a coupon code with the bundle discount?

Certain discounts may not be combined with other discounts. However, most discount codes can be applied on top of the site-wide bundle discounts. For instance: a shipping discount cannot be used in conjunction with order discounts, but can be used with the bundle discount.

My chocolate arrived melted, what do I do?

During warm weather we provide extra protection against heat. That only assures the chocolates will withstand hot temperatures during shipping. So it is of utmost importance to keep track of your order and be ready to receive it when it arrives. If your chocolate arrives soft - very likely to happen with white chocolate - leave it in a cool place for about 2 hours or in the fridge for about 30 minutes. If it is completely melted, please contact ChocolateHunt immediately here, or through our Live Chat.

My chocolate arrived broken, what do I do?

We pack all orders with damage protection. But we are not responsible for how the shipments are handled by couriers after they leave our warehouse. Note that we only ship chocolates that are in perfect condition. However, if we received them damaged from an overseas distributor, we give them an additional 10% discount through our SNAP SALE.

My chocolate is close to expiration date / expired, what do I do?

"Best By" date indicates when the manufacturer guarantees a product will be of best flavor or quality. It is not a purchase or safety date.

According to the USDA, "Foods not exhibiting signs of spoilage should be wholesome and may be sold, purchased, donated and consumed beyond the labeled "Best if Used By" date.

We discount all chocolate products that have passed their "Best By" date. If you purchased any products that passed that date and was not properly discounted, please contact us hereor through our Live Chat.
